What we do

We do licensed handyman work for homeowners — small repairs, finish carpentry, drywall and patching, door and window adjustments, deck and railing repair, exterior trim, and the everyday list of jobs most general contractors are too big to take on. Every job starts with a written estimate. Every job ends with a 1-year workmanship warranty on every job.

If a job is outside our scope — major electrical, structural, plumbing stack work — we say so up front and recommend someone we trust. We would rather lose a job than take one we can't finish well.

Where we work

Two offices, two crews, the same standards in both. We dispatch from whichever office is closer to the job site and never sub the work out to strangers — if you call us, the people who answer the phone are the people who run the work.

How we run jobs

Estimate first. We come out, look at the work, and write down what it costs before we start. The number on the estimate is the number on the invoice unless the scope changes in writing — no hourly creep, no unforeseen-fees clause, no "we found something while we were here" upsell.

One crew per job. We don't shuffle technicians mid-project, and we don't leave you with three different people's phone numbers. Most quote requests answered the same business day.

Honest pricing

Prices are written down before we start. We don't charge by the hour for small jobs because hourly billing punishes the customer for our efficiency. We don't add surprise material markups. If we overestimate the time and the job comes in fast, you still pay the agreed number — and we still come back if anything we did needs a touch-up, because that's what the warranty means.
