How pricing works
Fixed-price written estimate before any work starts. No hourly creep. Materials, labor, disposal, and a one-year workmanship warranty all included on one line. We itemize when it helps you understand the number. Scope changes get re-signed and re-priced before any new work happens.

What size of job do you take on?
Anything from a leaky faucet to a full deck rebuild. If it takes more than three weeks or requires a structural engineer, we will refer you to a general contractor we trust.
How much will my project cost?
The service catalog on this page shows the ranges we work in for each kind of job. For a number specific to your project, send photos through the quote form or schedule an on-site walkthrough. Both are free.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
Workmanship — anything we built, installed, or repaired. If it fails inside twelve months and we caused it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Materials are covered by the manufacturer warranty on top.
How do you take payment?
Half on schedule, half on completion for projects over $1,500. Smaller jobs are billed when finished. Card, ACH, or check — no fees on any of them.
How far out are you booked?
Usually one to three weeks for a scheduled project. Same-week service calls when we have an opening. Emergencies (water, no heat, broken lock) get same-day or next-morning when possible.
