The jobs we do most often
Holes, cracks, nail pops and water-damaged sections patched, skim-coated and left smooth and ready for paint.
Entry, patio and storm doors, window installs, sticking doors fixed, and fresh caulk where drafts and water get in.
Decks sanded and resealed, split or soft boards replaced, and loose railings and balusters made solid again.
Soft sills, porch posts, fascia and trim — sound wood saved where possible, rotted sections replaced.
Siding, soffits and trim washed clean of pollen, mildew and algae, with the pressure matched to each surface.
A hand clean of each gutter run and a flush of each downspout, with a written price before we book.
Grab bars anchored solidly beside toilets, tubs and showers, plus handrails for porch and stoop steps.
Also: finish carpentry and trim, light fixtures, faucets and small plumbing, interior painting, vinyl flooring, appliance installs, dryer vent cleaning, junk and yard debris removal — priced individually, or booked at our hourly and day rates with materials you supply.

Every price is listed below. Project work gets a fixed-price written estimate before anything starts, with materials itemized on it. Every job carries our 1-year workmanship warranty. Scope changes get re-signed and re-priced before any new work happens.

Frequently asked
Do you charge by the hour?
Most jobs are not. Each service on this site has a flat price, and bigger or custom jobs get a fixed quote in writing. Small odd jobs that are not in the list, like hanging pictures or mounting a TV, are billed at a published hourly rate, or you can book a half or full day to work through a list.
Is there a minimum charge or trip fee?
No. You pay for the work, not for us showing up.
Who pays for materials? Can I supply my own?
Where a service lists materials as extra, they are itemized on your quote before you approve it. Hourly and half-day visits use materials you supply. For other jobs, if you already have the part or want a specific product, we can usually install it. We decide case by case.
Can you do electrical or plumbing work?
Yes, for fixture-level work like light fixtures, ceiling fans, faucets, toilets, and disposals. Anything that needs a licensed electrician or plumber, like new circuits or moving supply lines, we bring one in.
What size of job do you take on?
Anything from a leaky faucet to a deck resurfacing. If a job needs a structural engineer or a general contractor, we tell you up front and refer you to one we trust.
When do I pay?
When the job is done. We walk the finished work with you, then send the invoice. Card, ACH, or check, with no fees on any of them. For larger jobs we can set up a payment plan.
What does the one-year warranty cover?
Workmanship: anything we built, installed, or repaired. If it fails within twelve months and we caused it, we come back and fix it at no charge. Materials are covered by the manufacturer warranty on top.
