Gutter cleaning
Overflowing gutters send water down the face of the house and toward your foundation, and in a freeze that standing water turns to ice that weighs the gutter down. Most of the trees around Fredericksburg are bare by mid-November, which makes late autumn the time to clear them once and have them run clean through the winter.

House power washing
That green film on the north side of the house is usually algae or mildew, not dirt, and it keeps spreading through a damp winter. Power washing lifts the growth off siding, soffits and trim, with the pressure set for each surface so it stays gentle on the panels and on older paint.

Weather sealing
Cold draft at the back door? Caulk around exterior doors and windows dries out and cracks after a few summers, and the gaps it leaves let outside air straight in. We strip the failed sealant, prep the joint, and re-seal it, so the rooms near those openings feel less drafty and the house is quieter when the wind picks up.

- What does the Winter-Ready Home Package include?
- Three exterior jobs in one visit: gutter cleaning at our medium tier, house power washing at our small tier, and weather sealing at our small tier. Bought separately at our published rates those come to $789; as a package the price is $749, written down before any work starts.
- Can I get a package on a larger home?
- Packages are built on our small and medium tiers only. If your house needs a larger tier for any of the three services, we price each service separately at our published rates and tell you that before you book, not on the day.
- Do you repair or replace gutters as part of this?
- No. The gutter work in these packages is cleaning: clearing the troughs and flushing the downspouts. If we notice a loose section, a leaking seam or a downspout that has pulled away, we point it out so you know about it.
- What difference does weather sealing make?
- It closes the gaps around exterior doors and windows where outside air gets in, so rooms near them feel less drafty and the house is quieter when the wind picks up. We agree which doors and windows are covered when you book.
- Can you wash siding this late in the year?
- Power washing needs a dry day above freezing. We book the wash for a day that suits it, and if the forecast turns we agree a new date with you rather than washing in conditions that will not do the job properly.
- Which areas does the winter package cover?
- The City of Fredericksburg plus Spotsylvania, Stafford and King George counties, all served from Fredericksburg with no travel surcharge inside the service area.
